Hello, I am Andalib, working as a Post-doctoral researcher at Inistitution of Transportation at Iowa State University (ISU). Previously, I completed my Ph.D in Civil Engineering from ISU and also worked as a transportation system research assistant at the AI, Learning, and Intelligent Systems group at the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) Computational Science center. My major is in transportation engineering and currently I am working on several traffic signal control projects. In my work, intensive programming is required both to implement signal control strategy and to analyze signal performances.

Some topics I'm interested in are Adaptive Traffic Signal Control, Traffic Modeling and Simulation, Traffic Operations, and Transportation Systems Decarbonizations.

Feel free to drop me an email if you want to talk about any of these!
